Nigerian striker Noah Joel Sarenren Bazee has signed a contract extension with Hannover 96 in the 2 Bundesliga (second division of professional football in Germany).
Bazee has been with Hannover from the youth team before making his senior debut in April 2016. The striker took to his Instagram to announce that he has signed a new contract with the club.
“Hanover, I have news for you: I have extended my contract! hand in hand and #NiemalsAllein , and the next year with you! thanks to@hannover96for the trust! Our journey together is far from over!” he wrote alongside a photo of him signing the contract.
Last season, the 20-year-old scored six goals in 16 appearances for Hannover 96 and has netted just once in so far this season.
He was invited to the Super Eagles team for the friendly game against Senegal in March but did not play.
Bazee is born to a Nigerian father and a German mother, making him eligible to play for the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
