Chelsea full back Victor Moses has returned to training after missing two Premier League games because of a toe injury.
The Super Eagles star missed Chelsea’s home loss to Crystal Palace on Saturday, April 1 and their 2-1 win over Manchester City on Wednesday, April 5.
Ahead of their away trip to Bournemouth, Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has revealed the wing-back is back in training but he is yet to make a decision on whether to play him.
Victor Moses trained with us yesterday and today,” Conte said on Friday during his press conference ahead of Saturday’s trip to Bournemouth.
I have to make the best decision for the team, but he is available. With Moses missing, Pedro played as a wing-back against Palace while César Azpilicueta was used against Manchester City.
Conte, however, believes that the last two games have shown why Moses is very important to Chelsea. Moses suffered a calf injury in Chelsea’s 1-0 FA Cup win over Manchester United on Monday, March 13 but still played in their 2-1 win at Stoke City in the Premier League on Saturday, March 18.
