Enugu Rangers forward, Chisom Egbuchulam, could join a top Swedish club before the end of the transfer window in the Scandinavian nation.
The forward’s agent has been in Sweden discussing Egbuchulam’s potential move to Europe despite being registered for the 2016/17 Nigeria Professional Football League season and the CAF Champions League by Rangers.
The 22-year-old forward who is yet to feature for the Flying Antelopes this season told Complete sports that contractual issues with the reigning NPFL champions have denied him a chance to return to action.
"For now I’m still training with Rangers, and I hope all these issues will be sorted out very soon,” Egbuchulam told Completesportsnigeria.com.
"My representatives are in talks with tops Swedish teams and a deal could be sealed before the close of the Swedish winter transfer window."
The Swedish transfer window will close on the 31st of March 2017.
