The former Bolton Wanderers and Fenerbahce of Turkey
midfielder in a message on social media confirmed the endorsement of his new foundation
by the Belgium captain who failed to lead his team past Wales in the just
concluded Euro 2016 championship in France.
I-Naira.com sealed a deal with the former player as the
official auctioning partner of the foundation. The company’s CEO, Hillary Nwaukor,
said his firm would begin auctioning the superstar’s memorabilia from August 1.
Already the maiden jersey for the launch was sold for a
handsome price of N260,000.
