Nigerian forward Aminu Umar scored his first ever hat-trick in his career for his Turkish side Osmanlispor FK who defeated Moldova’s FC Zimbru Chisinau 5-0 to book a place in the third qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League with a 7-2 aggregate win.
The 21-year-old petit opened scoring from the spot in the 16th minute before he doubled his side’s lead in the 26th minute.
He completed his hat-trick for Osmanlispor in the 50th minute. Erdal Kilicarslan and Dzon Delarge completed the rout for the Turkish side. Umar’s compatriot Raheem Lawal was an unused substitute.
Osmanlispor will face Estonian side Nomme JK Kalju in the next round of the competition.
In Finland, Nigerian stars Nnamdi Oduamadi and Taye Taiwo also qualified for the third qualifying round of the Europa League after HJK Helsinki defeated Beroe Stara Zagora 1-0 in the second leg to advance with a 2-1 aggregate win.

The first legs of the third qualifying round ties will hold on the 28th July with the second legs scheduled for the 4th of August.
