Tottenham and Southampton will hold further talks this week as they inch towards an agreement over the transfer of Victor Wanyama according to DailyMail.
Sportsmail revealed in April that Tottenham had revived interest in the Kenya international after failing to sign him last summer and discussions have been ongoing since. The 24-year-old has one year left on contract and that is reflected in Tottenham's offer of around £11million.
Southampton paid £12.5m to Celtic for Wanyama in 2013 and want to recoup their money. Wanyama played under Mauricio Pochettino at St Mary's before the Argentine boss moved to White Hart Lane.
