West Ham recorded the biggest win of the day in the English Premier League and the Nigeria duo of Emmanuel Emenike and Victor Moses were part of the show as the Hammers stunned West Brom 0-3 away from home.
While Emenike came in as a 66th substitute for Diafra Sakho, Victor Moses waited till the 88th minute before coming in for Dimtri Payet.
Newcastle Climb Out
In other centers, Newcastle United gave their survival hopes a big boost as they secured all three points against Crystal Palace; beating them by a lone goal at St. James Park.
Andros Townsend’s stunning free kick helped the Magpies to momentarily climb out of the relegation zone.
At the Britannia, Stoke City and Sunderland ended their tie 1-1 while at the Goodison Park Everton ended seven-match win-less streak with a 2-1 win over AFC Bournemouth.
Danny Welbeck climbed off the bench to save Arsenal’s blushes as they defeated Norwich 1-0 to move into third spot in the Premier League table.
Lots of expectation, poor execution. And Welbeck gave Arsene Wenger reason for cheer and optimism of an 18th successive season in the Champions League with the decisive goal.

- Stoke City 1 – 1 Sunderland
