Nigeria’s Super Falcons will face their Senegalese counterparts in a final qualifier for this year’s African women’s Championship from 6pm on Friday.
The match will be played at the Stade Demba Diop in Dakar.
Team spokesperson Remi Sulola said the Falcons arrived Dakar’s Leopold Sedar Senghor International Airport at about 3am on Wednesday, and they have already settled down.
Coach Florence Omagbemi and assistants are in Senegal with 18 players, including most of the country’s leading women players, such as Asisat Oshoala, Desire Oparanozie, Francisca Ordega, Onome Ebi, Josephine Chukwunonye, Ngozi Okobi and Evelyn Nwabuoku.
