Sunderland 0-2 Leicester
Jamie Vardy fired Leicester City closer to the Premier League title with a brace in a 2-0 victory at Sunderland, who suffered a damaging blow in their hopes of avoiding relegation.
Vardy’s 66th-minute and stoppage-time strikes – his 20th and 21st of the season and his first in seven games for his club – secured three hard-fought points in a 2-0 win at the Stadium of Light on a day when the home side grudgingly surrendered a four-game unbeaten run in front of a crowd of 46,531.

Tottenham 3-0 Manchester United
A six-minute flurry from Tottenham left Manchester United stunned as Spurs triumphed 3-0 at White Hart Lane to ensure they have not completely lost sight of Leicester in the race for the Premier League title.
Claudio Ranieri’s remarkable side ratcheted up the pressure with victory at embattled Sunderland on Sunday – a result Mauricio Pochettino’s men responded to manfully in the delayed kick-off at White Hart Lane.
Just as it looked like Champions League hopefuls United would frustrate Spurs, Dele Alli, Toby Alderweireld and Erik Lamela netted in six frantic second-half minutes to secure a memorable 3-0 win.

Liverpool 4-1 Stoke
Substitute Divock Origi helped himself to two goals as Liverpool eased to a 4-1 victory over Stoke City at Anfield.
Alberto Moreno’s fine opener was cancelled out by Bojan Krkic but Daniel Sturridge restored their lead before half-time at Anfield and two goals from half-time substitute Divock Origi capped the best week of his Liverpool career.
