Nigeria U23 star Usman Mohammed’s loan deal to Portuguese top-flight club Uniao de Madeira has been made permanent.
The former FC Taraba skipper, who signed a two-year deal with Portuguese team ADS Sanjoanes, said that the loan switch to Uniao de Madeira has been made permanent.

He has Nigeria international Shehu Abdullahi as his team mate and has been assigned jersey number 31.
"I am now a player of Uniao de Madeira because the loan deal has been made permanent deal,” Usman said "I signed a two-year deal with Madeira two weeks ago which I am happy about. I didn't play for Sanjoanes because I wanted a top flight team, I am glad it happened."
Usman Mohammed was part of Nigeria's CHAN Eagles which failed to qualify from the group stage under Sunday Oliseh.
