Jos Court re-lists Chris Giwa case v NFF, restores all reliefs previously granted by Justice Allagoa, incl nullification of Pinnick election— Colin NOT Collins (@ColinUdoh) April 8, 2016
Before now, many had called for the resignation of Pinnick
from the NFF especially as the Super Eagles failed to qualify for the AFCON
2017 same way they missed out on the 2015 edition.
Pinnick had played down on the resignation calls; describing
them as over the board. It is yet to be seen how the world football governing
body, FIFA will react to the latest development as the body usually frowns at
football matters being taken to civil courts.
