West Ham star Dimitri Payet beats Arsenal's Mesut Ozil and Watford’s Odion Ighalo to win London Player of the Year
Payet, who only joined the Hammers last summer, has scored seven goals and provided six assists in the top flight since his move from Marseille
His scintillating performances helped him to pip Ozil, Willian, Harry Kane and Odion Ighalo to the coveted prize for 2015/16 at the annual London Football Awards.
Ighalo who has been a sensation with new comers Watford has 14 goals in the league season but missed out on the award.

Ozil, meanwhile, is still on course for breaking the all-time assists record in a single Premier League season. He is closing in on Thierry Henry's total of 20. But his performances were not enough to convince the judging panel.
Elsewhere, Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino was presented with a the Manager of the Year gong, ahead of Arsene Wenger, Slaven Bilic and Quique Sanchez Flores.
Pochettino has led an unexpected title charge from Spurs this year as his side sit just three points off table-toppers Leicester with 10 games remaining.
