Serge Aurier is to be suspended by Paris Saint-Germain after a video surfaced of the defender in which he appeared to insult both his manager Laurent Blanc and team-mate Zlatan Ibrahimovic according to BleacherReport.
As noted by Bleacher Report’s French football correspondent Jonathan Johnson, L’Equipe is reporting the Ivory Coast international will be left out of next week’s clash with Chelsea in the Champions League after the clip surfaced.
BT Sport’s French football expert Julien Laurens provided details of what the right-back is alleged to have said about Blanc and Ibrahimovic. *Warning, expletive language used*: He posted the video via Periscope
Laurens confirmed the 23-year-old Ivorian defender is set to be sanctioned by the club:
Aurier later apologised for his comments, saying, via Laurens: "I have made a big mistake. I am here to apologise to the coach, my teammates, the club and the fans."
