French champions PSG have confirmed that Serge Aurier has been handed a fine of €180,000 and will train and train with the reserves until the March 20.
On Saturday 13th February Aurier went on Periscope, the popular social media service where you broadcast live videos and he answered a series of questions from fans.
In one of those he referred to manager Laurent Blanc as a f*ggot whilst also criticising Gregory van der Wiel and Salvatore Sirigu. PSG previously confirmed that they had indefinitely suspended Aurier whilst they conducted an internal investigation into the event.
That investigation had resulted in Aurier being handed a fine of €180,000 and he will now spend the rest of the season with the CFA side, as per a statement on PSG’s official website.
It is currently unclear whether or not he will be sold in the summer but after his comments it’s hard to imagine him remaining a PSG player.
