AC Milan are set to take legal actions in a case of fraud against a Gambian player after reports emerging out from Italy indicate the player may have lied about his age.
Yusupha Yaffa who claims to be currently 19 joined the Italian club in 2013 and featured for the youth team of the Italian side but however reports today suggest the Gambian international is 28!

According to Gazzetta dello sport, Yaffa claims to have misplaced travel document including personal papers when he appeared at the immigration office in Italy in 2009. It is been understood the player claimed to have been born on the 31st of December, 1996 making him 12 years old at the time.
So how did the bubble burst?- A photo of Yusupha hit Facebook and his former schoolmates subsequently recognized him on the platform and it has since been revealed that he was born on 14 November, 1987 making him 21 at the time of arrival in Italy.
The player who went straight to the academy upon signing currently plays for MSV Duisburg in Germany but is being summoned back to Milan to face charges. The player has however denied the charges with the Italian media outlet reporting the Filippo Inzaghi and former youth coaches at Milan will be present at the trial as they have been cited as witnesses.

This would not be first time the player would be dealing with the law as this time last year the player was accused of raping a girl and was arrested after moving to Frankfurt.
