Diafra Sakho has shared a large incision made in his thigh during surgery as the West Ham striker counts down the days until he can begin the next phase of his rehabilitation.
The 25-year-old who limped off the pitch in the Hammers' November 29 draw with West Brom and went under the knife the following weekend isn't expected back on the pitch for three months. On Monday night, he shared an image of his healing wound with a message:
'After 10 days I can start with the next step in rehab!! Happy to start working and give it my best!! #100% #COYI #inshallah.'
Sakho has given a timeframe of three months after the injury he suffered while attempted to shoot for goal. We wish him quick recovery!
