The U-15 tournament will be held in select secondary schools across 10 states in the country where a champion will emerge for each of the states. Prior to the matches, a training clinic is held where notable Nigerian ex-internationals and coaches teach the students some skills and valuable football lessons.
Some of the ex-internationals present at the various clinics were coach Christian Chukwu, Victor Ikpeba, Taribo West and Mutiu Adepoju. During the clinics and matches, students will be served with ice-cold Coke to keep them refreshed. Top two most valuable players from the tournament will make it to the annual international COPA camp in Germany next year.
