Sϋper Lig outfit Antalyaspor are eyeing a winter move for African legends Emmanuel Adebayor and Ko...
The very ambitious promoted side, who are working hard to establish themselves as one of the top clubs in the top flight of Turkish football, failed to secure the services of Brazilian ace Ronaldinho and former Barcelona keeper Victor Valdes this summer, but managed to land Cameroon icon Samuel Eto’o.
The former Barcelona, Inter Milan and Chelsea star joined Antalyaspor on a three-year deal in July, following short spells at Everton and Sampdoria.
And the 34-year-old didn’t take long to show he still has what it takes in front of goal, with a brace in their season opener against Istanbul BB before going on to score three more goals in his next four Sϋper Lig appearances.
Currently lying sixth in the table, four points adrift of leaders Fenerbahçe, Antalyaspor are determined to strengthen their squad during the next transfer window, with the Spurs’ offload and the Liverpool centre-back high on their wishlist.
